Bernadette Kelly - Broker/Realtor Originally from Long Island, NY, Bernadette has lived and worked throughout the Northeast. Having lived in the city of Boston and the town of Brookline for 20+ years, while working at Lotus/IBM in Cambridge, she possesses an acute knowledge of the Greater Boston area as well as the many nuances of urban living. Beginning 15 years ago, Bernadette began spending Summers in Marion and eventually made the permanent move from Brookline to Marion 8 years ago. Bernadette obtained her Salesperson's License in 2003, and worked for Race Real Estate Co. and Jack Conway Realtors for 3 years. In 2006, Bernadette left Jack Conway Realtors, obtained her Broker's License, and opened up her own real estate company in Marion, SouthCoast Real Estate Company. She has been engaging her entrepreneurial spirit ever since! Having grown up in Brookline, Ian attended Boston College High School and then went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts in both Business Administration and Spanish from McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland. He has studied and lived in La Coruna and Alicante, Spain, as well as travelled extensively throughout Europe and the United States. Ian obtained his Real Estate Salesperson's license in 2007 in a part-time capacity, while pursuing establishment of another business in Promotional Retail Advertising and Liquidation. Upon establishment as a regional director for the advertising business, he has now directed his focus on the development of SouthCoast Real Estate Co. with Bernadette.
